Goals

Goals before Entering into the TET Program

	To develop the skills necessary to enable me to use computer software programs.
	To learn about new technology computer programs that will assist me in new ways of introducing and demonstrating interactive lessons.
	To become current with educational trends that will keep me up to date with innovative ways to enhance my teaching.
	To complete the program and earn a Master's Degree.

Goals after Completing the TET Program

	To incorporate the technology skills that I have learned into my classroom.
	To encourage our staff to build communities of practice to enhance our abilities to share knowledge with each other.
	To create a classroom website for students and parents to access.
	To incorporate the use of digital camera's and digital video camera's into my lesson plans.
	To continue to provide my students with a variety of instructional models to ensure I am reaching all the different learning styles in my class.
	To make an honest effort to reflect on my teaching processes to keep me focused and moving in the right direction.

Upon completing my Master's Degree Program, I feel as though I have reached the goals I have set out for myself. I have been refocusing and reflecting on how I can put these new skills and knowledge into action. I have set some new professional goals and I am excited to begin implementing them into my school and classroom this fall. I want continue to be actively involved in using my new knowledge so that these new skills become natural talent.
