Key Area 1

Reflective Practitioner

At the beginning of every sports season, an athlete must reflect on what they want to accomplish throughout the season.  Then they turn those reflections into 'goals' to help guide the athlete toward success.  This key area has taught me the importance of reflection on a daily basis to review what went well and what needs to be revised. My reflections have  given me insights into fine tuning my future educational goals and philosophy of learning.
